Apples and Orbifolds #51 THDB5: Second Attempt

Commentary from the most important and leading critics of the science of Cartoonology:

Do you think they abuse that Simon character too much in this strip?

He is over-reacting. I really don't think hair is that big a deal.

Well, isn't that just because you never had any?

Believe it or not, there were some hairy dinosuars in the past. But they tended to go extinct - Darwin did not smile on a hairy dinosaur.

Josh, I never imagined a hairy dinosaur.

What fool wrote this strip? Dinosaurs cannot have hair because they are not mammals. mammals have hairs.

You may think this commentary ends abruptly, well it does. It leaves unanswered the question - why did hair lesson the chances of survival for the dinosaur? Yes! Why indeed? Well I went to Google, and I asked. But it gave me NO relevant answers. THIS is the problem with Google. You want to know the weather in Kentucky? It's there for you. You write yourself into a corner on your comic strip - whoops! It's out to lunch.
